Foreign Environmental Refugees

It is not neccessary for governments of rich countries to help the foreign environmental refugees. The foreign environmental refugees can use their own resources from disaster. As Handwerk(2004) states, "The effects of a warming globe may not be entirely negative"(para.12). Environmental refugees appear because of disaster like ice metling from global warming, and they can take advantge of this terrible situation by using the heat. In addition, there are too many environmental refugees to be helped. Specifically, experts on migration says, "tens of millions more people in the developing world could be on the move because of disasters"(Kaklsiss, 2010, para 2). It is impossible that the governments cover all of these foreign environmental refugees because the resources are limited. Finally, the wealthy governments also have a lack of money. For example, the wealthy governments should use the money, even if it is a small amount of money, to improve their country for...

Response (Nonfiction)

One point that the writer claims is that the generator which is invented by Kamen is very useful in developing countries. This opinion is important in the way that it is a main idea of one paragraph in this article. Moreover, this mention is significant since it shows a reason for importance of the generator. I agree this reference because a small amount of electricity produced by the generator can improve the quality of life in developing world. This invention is good thing in developing world because the people who live there can have more free time and extend productivity in nighttime by using the electricity. Consequently, I think the idea notices that the generator is much more effective item in the countries which is developing, and I hope this Kamen's invention will be commercialized well in the near future.
